चरण 1: पंजीकरण (Registration)

सबसे पहले आपको झटपट पोर्टल पर अपना एक अकाउंट बनाना होगा।

1. वेबसाइट पर जाएं: सीधे Jhatpatportal.org पर जाएं।
2. नए पंजीकरण के लिए क्लिक करें: होमपेज पर "नए पंजीकरण के लिए यहां क्लिक करें" पर क्लिक करें।
3. विवरण भरें: अपना नाम, जन्म तिथि, मोबाइल नंबर, और ईमेल आईडी भरें।
4. OTP सत्यापन: आपके मोबाइल नंबर पर आए OTP को डालकर सत्यापित करें।

सत्यापन पूरा होते ही आपका पंजीकरण हो जाएगा।

चरण 2: आवेदन पत्र भरना (Filling the Application Form)

पंजीकरण के बाद, आपको अपने अकाउंट में लॉगिन करके कनेक्शन के लिए आवेदन पत्र भरना होगा।

• लॉगिन करें: अपने रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर और पासवर्ड का उपयोग करके लॉगिन करें।
• 'नए कनेक्शन हेतु आवेदन' चुनें: डैशबोर्ड पर 'Apply for New Connection' का विकल्प चुनें।
• आवेदन पत्र भरें:
  • कनेक्शन का प्रकार: घरेलू (Domestic), व्यावसायिक (Commercial), आदि चुनें।
  • आवश्यक लोड: किलोवाट (kW) में लोड दर्ज करें।
  • व्यक्तिगत और स्थायी पता: सभी जानकारी सही-सही भरें।

चरण 3: दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करना (Document Upload)

आवेदन पत्र भरने के बाद, आपको कुछ जरूरी दस्तावेजों की स्कैन की हुई कॉपी अपलोड करनी होगी।

आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ों की सूची:

• पहचान प्रमाण पत्र: आधार कार्ड, वोटर आईडी कार्ड, आदि।
• पते का प्रमाण: मकान की रजिस्ट्री या किराएदार के लिए NOC और रेंट एग्रीमेंट।
• आवेदक का फोटो: हाल ही में खींची गई पासपोर्ट आकार की तस्वीर।

ध्यान दें: सभी दस्तावेज़ स्पष्ट रूप से स्कैन किए हुए होने चाहिए।

चरण 4: शुल्क का भुगतान (Fee Payment)

दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करने के बाद, आपको आवेदन और प्रोसेसिंग शुल्क का ऑनलाइन भुगतान करना होगा। आप क्रेडिट कार्ड, डेबिट कार्ड, नेट बैंकिंग, या UPI के माध्यम से भुगतान कर सकते हैं।

चरण 5: आवेदन की स्थिति ट्रैक करना (Track Application Status)

भुगतान पूरा होने के बाद आपका आवेदन सफलतापूर्वक जमा हो जाएगा। अब आप अपने आवेदन की प्रगति को ऑनलाइन डैशबोर्ड पर ट्रैक कर सकते हैं।

चरण 6: साइट निरीक्षण और मीटर इंस्टॉलेशन

आपका आवेदन और दस्तावेज़ सत्यापित होने के बाद, बिजली विभाग के कर्मचारी कनेक्शन स्थल का निरीक्षण करने आएंगे और सफल निरीक्षण के बाद मीटर लगा दिया जाएगा।

इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में आमतौर पर 7 से 15 दिन का समय लगता है।

Step 1: Registration

First, you need to create an account on the Jhatpat portal.

1. Go to the website: Go directly to Jhatpatportal.org.
2. Click for new registration: On the homepage, click on the option for new registration.
3. Fill in the details: Fill in your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID.
4. OTP verification: Verify your mobile number by entering the OTP you receive.

Your registration will be complete upon verification.

Step 2: Filling the Application Form

After registration, you need to log in to your account and fill out the application form for the connection.

• Log in: Log in using your registered mobile number and password.
• Select 'Apply for New Connection': Choose this option from the dashboard.
• Fill the application form:
  • Type of Connection: Choose Domestic, Commercial, etc.
  • Required Load: Enter the load in kilowatts (kW).
  • Personal and Permanent Address: Fill in all information correctly.

Step 3: Document Upload

After filling the form, you will need to upload scanned copies of some necessary documents.

List of Required Documents:

• Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, etc.
• Address Proof: Property registry or for tenants, an NOC and rent agreement.
• Applicant's Photo: A recent passport-sized photograph.

Note: All documents should be clearly scanned.

Step 4: Fee Payment

After uploading the documents, you will have to pay the application and processing fees online. You can pay via credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.

Step 5: Track Application Status

After the payment is complete, your application will be successfully submitted. You can now track the progress of your application on the online dashboard.

Step 6: Site Inspection and Meter Installation

After your application and documents are verified, electricity department officials will come to inspect the connection site. After a successful inspection, the meter will be installed.

This entire process usually takes 7 to 15 days.
