चरण 1: पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण (Registration)
सबसे पहले आपको इस विशेष पोर्टल पर अपना खाता बनाना होगा।
- वेबसाइट पर जाएं: UPPCL की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाएं और 'Apply for New Electricity Connection for Private Tube Wells लिंक पर क्लिक करें।
- पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरें: आवेदक का नाम, जन्म-तिथि (न्यूनतम आयु 16 वर्ष), और मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज करें।
- पंजीकृत करें: 'पंजीकृत करें' बटन पर क्लिक करें। आपका यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड आपके मोबाइल पर SMS द्वारा भेज दिया जाएगा।
चरण 2: आवेदन पत्र भरना (Application Form)
पंजीकरण के बाद, पोर्टल पर लॉगिन करें और मुख्य आवेदन पत्र भरें।
- भूमि का विवरण: अपनी कृषि भूमि का विवरण जैसे - खसरा संख्या, गाटा संख्या, ग्राम, तहसील, और जनपद सही-सही भरें।
- नलकूप का विवरण: बोरिंग की गहराई और पंप की क्षमता (HP में) दर्ज करें।
चरण 3: दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करना (Document Upload)
आवेदन के लिए निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों की स्कैन की हुई कॉपी अपलोड करें:
- पहचान प्रमाण पत्र: आधार कार्ड।
- आवेदक का फोटो: पासपोर्ट आकार की तस्वीर।
- भूमि के स्वामित्व का प्रमाण (अनिवार्य): अपनी ज़मीन की खसरा-खतौनी की नवीनतम कॉपी।
- शपथ पत्र (Affidavit): पोर्टल पर दिए गए प्रारूप के अनुसार।
चरण 4: शुल्क का भुगतान (Fee Payment)
शुल्क का भुगतान दो हिस्सों में होता है:
- प्रोसेसिंग शुल्क: आवेदन जमा करते समय एक छोटा शुल्क ऑनलाइन जमा करें।
- एस्टीमेट/डिमांड नोट का भुगतान: साइट सर्वे के बाद, विभाग द्वारा कुल खर्च का एक 'डिमांड नोट' जारी किया जाएगा, जिसका भुगतान आपको ऑनलाइन करना होगा।
चरण 5: आवेदन की स्थिति ट्रैक करना (Track Application Status)
आप किसी भी समय पोर्टल पर लॉगिन करके अपने आवेदन की वर्तमान स्थिति (Application Status) देख सकते हैं।
चरण 6: सर्वे और कनेक्शन की स्थापना
अंतिम भुगतान के बाद, विभाग द्वारा आपकी ज़मीन का सर्वे किया जाएगा। सर्वे सफल होने के बाद, खंभे, तार और मीटर लगाकर आपका नलकूप कनेक्शन चालू कर दिया जाएगा।
How to Apply Online for a UPPCL Private Tubewell Connection
Welcome! Getting an electricity connection for your tubewell has become very easy for the farmers of Uttar Pradesh. UPPCL has created a special "Single Window Clearance System" portal for this. This guide will explain the entire process step-by-step.
Step 1: Registration on the Portal
First, you need to create an account on this special portal.
- Go to the website: Visit the official UPPCL website and click on the 'Apply for New Electricity Connection for Private Tube Wells link.
- Fill the registration form: Enter the applicant's name, date of birth (minimum age 16 years), and mobile number.
- Register: Click the 'Register' button. Your User ID and Password will be sent to your mobile via SMS.
Step 2: Filling the Application Form
After registration, log in to the portal and fill out the main application form.
- Land Details: Accurately fill in the details of your agricultural land, such as Khasra number, Gata number, village, tehsil, and district.
- Tubewell Details: Enter the depth of the boring and the capacity of the pump (in HP).
Step 3: Document Upload
Upload scanned copies of the following documents for the application:
- Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card.
- Applicant's Photo: A passport-sized photograph.
- Proof of Land Ownership (Mandatory): The latest copy of your land's Khasra-Khatauni.
- Affidavit: As per the format provided on the portal.
Step 4: Fee Payment
The fee payment is done in two parts:
- Processing Fee: Pay a small fee online when submitting the application.
- Estimate/Demand Note Payment: After the site survey, the department will issue a 'Demand Note' for the total cost (poles, wires, security deposit), which you will have to pay online.
Step 5: Track Application Status
You can log in to the portal at any time to check the current status of your application.
Step 6: Survey and Connection Installation
After the final payment, the department will conduct a survey of your land. After a successful survey, poles, wires, and a meter will be installed to activate your tubewell connection.
